Our journey began with our Managing Director and owner, Ross Mabbutt, with over a decade of experience, most recently as a successful Sales Manager for a well-established, pioneering independent estate agency in Oxfordshire. During his time in the industry, Ross gained invaluable insight into the challenges and needs of estate agents and property developers, especially when it came to effective marketing strategies.

 

​Despite living in an increasingly digital world, Ross noticed a significant gap in the marketing practices of many estate agents across the UK. Video marketing, a powerful tool that can transform the way properties are presented and sold, was still being underutilised. The primary reason? The high cost of video production. Most companies were sticking to traditional photography marketing due to financial constraints, leaving a vast potential untapped.​

 

With a passion for property and a desire to modernise the industry's approach to marketing, Ross decided to take action. He envisioned a company that could offer a high-quality, affordable video solution to property professionals across the country. And from that vision, RM Property Video was born.​
